ROCKHOLM AYURVEDA

The ROCKHOLM AYURVEDA is a center that opened in November 2019 and is destined for a bright future given the expertise of its owner in terms of quality of service.

Indeed, he was the one who created the Nattika Beach Resort (after Coconut Bay beach, requisitioned to make a commercial port), which now gets booked two years in advance thanks to word of mouth!

The two vaidyas (traditional doctors) and therapists eagerly await the six new treatment rooms to be built in 2024, but currently there are functional rooms and a beautiful yoga hall. The clientele has been exclusively Ayurvedic since August 2023.

The head chef, Aji, worked with Joshi, the chef at Nattika, and has incredible talent; it's truly exceptional cuisine, extremely flavorful. For those on a weight-loss diet, however, you'll need to limit yourself... but the portions are well-balanced.

There are 25 spacious rooms in total, making it a human-scale resort, with a virtually private beach just below, and the sea, the sea, and more sea. The rooms are luxurious, but without ostentation (it's not Dubai...), but particular attention has been paid to the choice of pillows and mattresses (it's a small detail, which unfortunately escapes many resort owners, but it makes sense if you want to provide real well-being and restored health).
